Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Greenville, SC, Southern Painting & Maintenance Specialists has grown from a small commercial painting company into a regional leader with five offices across the Southeast. Known for craftsmanship, consistency, and customer care, we’ve expanded our services to include floor coatings, sealant installation, custom home painting, and full-scale building maintenance. After more than 50 years, one thing hasn’t changed: we bring the experience, manpower, and commitment to get the job done right—every time.
